KEARSARGE BROOK CONDOMINIUMS
NORTH CONWAY, NH
Located at the base of Cranmore Mountain Resort. With a planned completion of December 2020, we are building 19 luxury condominiums as a second phase to a 6-phase resort development.
We worked with the Resort staff a year in advance planning, value engineering and upgrading many facets of the build including sound attenuation, upgraded structural elements and improved underground drainage systems.

ABBOT MILL APARTMENTS
WESTFORD, MA
Abbot Mill has been a historic restoration, modernization and reconfiguration of a series of mill buildings originally built between 1887 and 1910.
The community consists of 131 luxury apartments in a combination of loft, flats and townhome styles. All of the apartments feature energy star stainless appliances and in-home washer and dryers. The energy efficient and cooling systems run off a hydrothermal system, using canal water to generate hot and cold air. Abbot Mill features two separate rooftop solar panel systems that service the complex, providing more than 300 kilowatts in non-carbon energy generation capacity, creating affordable, green living space and providing renewable power for years to come.
FIT FACTORY
FOXBORO, MA
Fit Factory is a new to the scene large-scale fitness center operator. Atlantic completed Fit Factory, Foxboro in 2017. At 35,000 sq. ft. it included an open weight training and cardio area, cross fit area, mind and body room, cycle room, child care center, physical therapy room, women’s only training section, locker rooms, steam, sauna, and tanning rooms, new, grand lobby area, merchandise shop and office space.
Fit Factory has since relied on Atlantic to manage additional needs at all of their locations as well as consult on new spaces across the country.
ELEMENTS MASSAGE
NEW ENGLAND
For the past decade we have been the go-to construction partner for Elements Massage. Elements Massage is a national franchise with over 200 locations nationwide. We have proudly built nearly all of New England's 30+ locations.

These build-outs originally consist of a raw space with four walls. We bring the spaces to life by adding a reception area, 6-12 individual treatment rooms, ADA compliant bathrooms, office space, break room and storage. Finally, we renew the storefront and install the signage.

The fastest growing boutique fitness franchisee in the world has utilized Atlantic for several complex interior fit-ups throughout their rapid expansion into Massachusetts.

Working via a vast franchisee network, Atlantic has successfully constructed 5 Orangetheory Fitness locations to the ever evolving interior specifications and high level of quality finishes expected from an international franchisee of this size. Full fit-ups are turn key to include installation of high-end audio/video technology, custom mill work, lockers, reception area complete with interior and exterior signage packages.
